Payment & Insurance

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company. You are responsible for knowing your coverage, copayment, and/or deductible.

If you are insured by a different provider, please contact us to find out if we are in-network for them. If we are out-of-network for your provider, you can check with them to see if they offer out-of-network reimbursement. We also participate with several Employee Assistance Programs (EAP).

Access to Personal Records

It is important to remember that filing a claim with your insurance company gives them access to all of your records.
Most insurance companies require a mental health diagnosis before they will distribute reimbursements. Because of this, your insurance provider may require a greater level of detail about your presenting problem than you are comfortable with them knowing. In such cases, you may choose to pay for services on a fee-for-service basis. This means that you will pay for services at each session, which removes the need for disclosure to a third party.

We are providers for:

Health Partners
BCBS-Local and Out of State
Preferred One
Select Care
Employee Assistance Programs

We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express & can be paid at time of visit or via phone.

We do not currently take payment online.
Copayments or deductibles are due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not give a 24 hour business day notice of cancel, you may be charged a late cancel or failed appointment fee of $55.00.
