We offer billing to your insurance company as well as a private pay rate for self-pay

If you are insured by a different provider, please contact us to find out if we are in-network for them. If we are out-of-network for your provider, you can check with them to see if they offer out-of-network reimbursement. We also participate with several Employee Assistance Programs (EAP), meaning you may have access to free counseling sessions through your employment benefits.  Check with your Human Resources department to see if you qualify.

Access to Personal Records

It is important to remember that filing a claim with your insurance company gives them access to your personal health records, specifically your diagnosis and, at times, your treatment goals.  As a clinic that is dedicated to maintaining your confidentiality, we only release what is absolutely necessary to receive payments for our services.  However, if it makes you uncomfortable to share your private mental health information with your insurance company, we offer a private pay option for your counseling sessions.  This offers the ultimate level of confidentiality, as we are able to keep all aspects of your care in-house.  Call and ask us about our private pay rate, as it differs between each therapist and also can be based on need and ability to pay.  All private pay sessions need to be paid in full at the time of the session.

If you have an insurance plan that utilizes a Health Savings Account (HSA) or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA), you can use those funds to pay for private pay therapy sessions without us needing to submit claims to your insurance provider.



We accept Visa, MC, Discover and American Express & can be paid at time of visit or via phone.

Online payments can be made at our client portal. If you are an existing client and need access to the portal, please let us know and we will connect you.

Copayments or deductibles are due at the time of service.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not give a 24 hour business day notice of cancel, you may be charged a late cancel or failed appointment fee of $75.00.
