EMILY ROBIDA
B.S., CLINICAL TRAINEE

Therapy is a unique process for each person, and I tailor sessions to address those individual needs. Therapy can be uncomfortable due to the amount of change and vulnerability it may require, and I am committed to supporting my clients through those emotions as we pursue their goals together. I am passionate about creating a safe, welcoming environment for clients to pursue growth and healing. I value fostering a therapeutic alliance and collaborating with my clients to achieve long-term change
.
I utilize a systemic, person-centered approach with a focus on attachment-theory. I frequently employ emotionally focused therapy (EFT), internal family systems theory (IFS), and narrative therapy in my clinical work.

I am under the supervision of Mary Ball, MA, LPSC

I graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a B.S. in Human Development and Family Studies. I am currently pursuing my M.S. in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Wisconsin-Stout and will complete my degree in May 2024.

I provide both individual and relational counseling, and I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults. I am passionate about supporting the health of families and marriages.

My personal interests include music, learning languages, and hiking with my dog.
