KRISTEN LANE, MS, LPC
[Accepting New Clients]

For over 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside adults, teens, and families as they navigate through complex life challenges, witnessing hope replace despair, freedom from debilitating fear, and renewed inner strength. I have a passion for helping clients who feel trapped in negative cycles—whether it be self-defeating beliefs, addictive habits, poor self-image, disordered eating, toxic relationships, or feeling stuck in ‘survival-mode’. I enjoy helping ‘bridge the gap’ in communication breakdowns, especially between teens and parents, in order to reach a place of mutual respect and understanding.

My approach is centered around the belief that each client is a unique individual with the potential and capacity for growth, change, and building a life worth living. Using a balance of insight-oriented therapy and practical steps for change, I work with clients to help them overcome obstacles, establish healthy boundaries, and build meaningful connections. My goal is to help my clients find clarity, direction, and the confidence to create a life that truly reflects who you are and what you value. With a warm, genuine approach, I aim to create a safe space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors without fear of judgment. Clients appreciate the safe, supportive atmosphere, which I believe is vital to the ultimate therapy process and clients making progress toward their goals.
