MEGAN FRASCHEN
MS, MFT-IT

You are not a diagnosis. You are a living, breathing story in progress - whether as an individual, a couple, or a family. Therapy is where we pause, reflect, and choose what comes next.

If that’s the kind of space you're looking for, I offer a relational therapy experience that both challenges and supports you, holding space for your story while also helping you grow beyond it.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, supporting them through anxiety, life transitions, self-worth struggles, postpartum and maternal mental health, trauma, and relationship challenges. I’m deeply passionate about helping people reconnect with themselves, set healthy boundaries, and move toward healing that feels authentic and sustainable. I believe healthy relationships—including the one you have with yourself—begin with feeling safe, seen, and truly understood.

My approach is warm, honest, and holistic. Together, we’ll explore what you’re feeling emotionally, what your body might be holding, and how your relationships and life patterns are shaping your experience. I believe growth takes time. It’s rarely linear, but always worth it. We’ll work together to nurture the kind of change that lasts, grounded in self-compassion, curiosity, and clarity.

I also offer faith-based support when it’s meaningful to you, and I strive to make every session a collaborative, respectful space where your full self is welcome.

I’m not just a therapist, I’m also a writer of romantasy novels, a lifelong reader, and someone who finds joy in travel, creativity, and everyday adventure with my partner, our daughter, and our two rescue dogs. I feel deeply, care deeply, and believe that connection—real, safe, honest connection—is at the root of all healing.

If you’re ready to explore, heal, and grow at your own pace, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
