As a trauma-informed adult and child mental health therapist, I am committed to providing a warm and comforting space for individuals to develop ways to better cope with both everyday problems as well as those unanticipated challenges in life. I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgemental, collaborative experience that increases insights and facilitates growth. I believe in the importance of how experiences and relationships, even the earliest ones, impact our frame of reference and interactions throughout life. In my work with young children, I partner with parents or other primary caregivers in order to best support change and social emotional growth.
I have been providing therapy services through Hudson Counseling since 2016. I also have experience in working in settings such as hospice programs, community mental health clinics, home-based services and community action agencies.
