I value the importance of meeting people where they are at in life and aim to build a genuine connection with each person that enters my office. When working with a client I emphasize finding balance in all areas of life. This involves exploring topics such as sleep habits, activity levels, diet and exercise patterns, relationships, and spirituality. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques that aim to promote healing and an overall sense of well-being to better equip people as they encounter the ups and downs of life. To find my own balance and wellness, you can find me spending time outdoors with family and friends.
I obtained my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology at Saint Mary’s University and am licensed in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults in an individual or family setting. I have experience providing mental health services in a variety of settings since 2016.
