I believe that all people are capable of creating meaningful changes in their lives, and I am here to help you achieve your personal goals. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families who are navigating a range of concerns such as anxiety, relational conflict, and life stage transitions.

I work with clients through a person-centered, family-systems approach, while creating an inclusive and safe therapeutic environment. I believe that our experiences play a pivotal role in shaping individuals, and I focus on nurturing inner resilience to promote personal and relational growth.

My career began working in victim advocacy for survivors of sexual violence. This experience has shaped my approach to therapy, and I emphasize the importance of building trust in the therapeutic relationship.

A bit about me:

In my free time, I love to spend time working in the garden, knitting, and spending time with my family and two dogs.

I am a clinical trainee pursuing my Master’s Degree at the University of Wisconsin – Stout in Marriage and Family Therapy. I am under the supervision of Diane Garves, MA, LPC.
