MEGAN FRASCHEN
B.S., CLINICAL TRAINEE

At the heart of my approach to therapy lies a fundamental belief in the tailored journey of each individual. I believe that each persons path to growth is as unique as their story.

Whether grappling with anxiety, navigating the complexities of relationships, healing from trauma, or facilitating healing for children, my commitment is to provide a compassionate space where clients feel both seen and heard.

Although my work generally includes aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, I am also competent at integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and play therapy. It is my great honor to support individuals, couples, and families as they heal, grow and learn.

I am under the supervision of James Broecker, MS, LMFT

Away from the therapy room, I am a published author who loves to write, travel, and read! I am usually accompanied by my husband and our two rescued dogs. Embracing life’s adventures, I believe in the transformative power of stepping out of one’s comfort zone—both personally and therapeutically. Together, let’s embark on a journey to understanding, resourcefulness, and self-discovery.
