MEGAN FRASCHEN
B.S., CLINICAL TRAINEE

Everyone's path to growth is as unique as their own story. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, working through relationship issues, healing from trauma, or helping your kids through tough times, I'm here to offer a caring and understanding space where you can feel seen and heard.

I specialize in areas such as couples and family relationships, anxiety, addictions, depression, and stress. I focus on approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), the Gottman Method, polyvagal theory, and play therapy. I will also use a faith-based approach when desired. When working with a client, I emphasize finding balance in all areas of life. This often means exploring topics like sleep habits, activity levels, diet and exercise patterns. I believe it is important to meet the client where they are at, but also to consider the whole picture to achieve lasting well-being.

My goal is to support individuals, couples, and families as they heal, grow, and learn. It's an honor to walk alongside you on your journey!

I am under the supervision of James Broecker, MS, LMFT

Away from the therapy room, I am a published author who loves to write, travel, and read! I am usually accompanied by my husband and our two rescue dogs. Embracing life’s adventures, I believe in the transformative power of stepping out of one’s comfort zone—both personally and therapeutically.
